Microsheen features a treatment especially useful to those
companies utilizing
automatic-feed machinery. This coating is called MolyCoat, and
consists of coating
the parts with a film of molybdenum, which has been described as
the "slipperiest
substance known to man". It eliminates small parts from
sticking together, enabling
the parts to feed smoothly through the machine.
Although
this is a very specialized coating, it can prove itself invaluable
to those
operations which frequently experience auto-feed machines in which
these parts
jam, costing production time and possibly expensive machine
repair.
